Jan is a professional, full-time Associate Broker with Windermere Real Estate / HKW Inc.. Moving to Whidbey Island in 1996 she opened her own real estate brokerage, All Whidbey Realty, Inc., acquired by the owners of Windermere three years later.

Jan is a multi-million dollar producer including residential homes, multi-acre large estates, raw acreage and waterfront homes. She is very experienced in the art of negotiation and a specialist in marketing Whidbey Island property. Having earned the designation, Accredited Buyers Representative, she negotiates the best possible purchase and she searches both listed and non-listed homes until she finds you the perfect property.

Originally from San Diego County, California, Jan worked full time as an Associate Broker. Prior to her real estate career, Jan Wilhelm worked in Product Management and Marketing for 14 years. She is a graduate from the University of Fullerton and did post-grad MBA courses at University of Phoenix.
